Could I keep up with this diet?
So many questions are asked when trying to lose weight and stay healthy; most important is STAY HEALTHY!
So I was doing some video searching on youtube, trying to view some options to stay healthy and I found this video on my “Recommended for You”. Sure, there are many great books out there to teach you how and what to eat, and the reason I found this to be the most captivating is Dr. Hyman’s concept of EATING AT HOME, MAKING YOUR OWN FOOD. That is essential because as you make your own food, you KNOW what you are putting in there and can CONTROL the ingredients in your food. You can focus on a QUALITY AND BALANCED DIET. So truthfully, make your own food, avoid eating out, and Focus on this great Solution book for your health!

This next link was forwarded to me from my little sister who has noticed this health potential Blog which I must say definitely interested me when I read it, as it was a Great blog Idea!

But I must say, I don’t know if I trust it completely, diets are usually bogus. This one, though, seems different for some reason. Though, I don’t know if I would take them as pills, but maybe the actual green bean *naturally*.

When you go to the washroom, you have seen your stool and it has had many forms and colors. Right?
Sadly but true, this is a very important factor that determines how healthy or unhealthy you are. It is important that you pay attention to these things, as the color and form of your stool may be the first clue to some diseases and health issues.
This may seem disgusting for some of you, but pay attention to this chart and see where your stool stands:
Now after you have determined where you stand… Lets take a look at how healthy you are.
“Ideally, your stool should approximate Types 3, 4 and 5, “like a sausage or a snake, smooth and soft” to “soft blobs that pass easily.” Type 4 is the Holy Grail.”
Otherwise, you should start watching what you eat, or go see a doctor because you might be in danger.
This should not be taken lightly, this is very serious.

Did you know that mixing alcohol with diet sodas raises your alcohol impairment? No matter the amount of alcohol, adding unsweetened drinks to your alcohol confuses your brain. The reason for this is because when drinking sweetened drinks, not diet, your brain recognizes that it needs to start digesting something therefore digesting the alcohol at the same time; whereas when drinking unsweetened drinks, your body does not recognize any intake and does not digest or work at all… therefore leading to higher intoxication and alcoholism.
So comes to say, you might worry about calories when going out but there are more important matters to consider in an outing…
Hope that sheds light for many… especially girls as they are the ones to mostly care about calories.
