I have recently started doing Yoga and let me tell you, I feel great after a calm, relaxing and heated hour of yoga.
Yoga in general is a very healthy, very helpful mode of workout and studies are there to back that up.
Yoga is not only a workout, but can also be considered a medicine. Some are advised by their doctors to do yoga to treat their health issues. An example of this is back pain, stress, insomnia, blood pressure, etc. This is a tension relief and far more to the human mind and body.
