Glutened Much?
I have been meeting more and more people who can’t eat Gluten, and of course others who simply avoid it for nutritional reasons.
Are you a victim of this disease? Sadly, some are not even aware that they are gluten sensitive and keep suffering from many staggering reactions when they eat gluten. Another sad fact is when someone finds out they have a gluten sensitivity and have to change their whole way of eating, really, it is their whole way of living for many, since food is happiness. It is to me…. But hey, like anything, we get used to it and we learn to enjoy our new us.
It is really not such a big deal after you get used to it, I hear it from those who suffer from it, the beginning is the hardest, but then, it becomes a lifestyle.
So, if you suffer from effects you cannot explain and doctors are still unaware of, well look into this condition and let yourself find out if maybe you just found the answer to your suffering.
Do you suffer from symptoms of a Celiac Disease? Watch these video, and read this article, and you will learn a little more about a Gluten Disease, how to spot it, and how to live with it.
Here is another bit:
Watch a video of Kellawanda who explains what gluten did to her body:
What is Celiac Disease?
Celiac disease is an autoimmune digestive disease that damages the villi of the small intestine and interferes with absorption of nutrients from food. What does this mean? Essentially the body is attacking itself every time a person with celiac consumes gluten.
Celiac disease is triggered by consumption of the protein called gluten, which is found in wheat, barley and rye. When people with celiac disease eat foods containing gluten, their immune system responds by damaging the finger-like villi of the small intestine. When the villi become damaged, the body is unable to absorb nutrients into the bloodstream, which can lead to malnourishment.
Left untreated, people with celiac disease can develop further complications such as other autoimmune diseases, osteoporosis, thyroid disease, and cancer.

Slow Down……………………… Enjoy Life!
Are you a Multitasker? Are you the type of person that will do 2 or more things at a time to save time? Will you cram a bunch of things together to make sure you have them all completed? Spending time with your friend, buying some new shoes, taking care of your ill grandmother, speaking to your mother.
Hmmmmmmmmmm…. Are you seeing what you look like right now?
YOU ARE DOING TOO MANY THINGS AT ONCE!!
Why? Because when you are so focused on multi-tasking, you are not giving your quality time to each task and focusing on none of them! You are doing a half-good job at spending time with your friend, you are doing a half-good job at buying new shoes, you are not providing quality time to your mother and not taking good care of your ill grandmother.
Fast food, Drive Through, these as well as many others have ruined our lives… People have become more lazy, don’t want to take the time to sit for a coffee, for some food, always on the run, because life is too fast.
Not to mention, you are in such a rush, you are missing out on the beauty of life and not enjoying it.
Slow is about connection: with our food, our families, our friends, communities and ourselves. Living slowly allows us time to appreciate all of these life-defining elements, parts of our existence that we can easily take for granted.
Don’t allow time to control you, you control your time! Don’t wake up one day and realize that life is passing you by so fast.
You can’t control how much time you have on this earth, but you can control the time you do have on this earth.
Body and Soul tells us how to live slower, here are some tips to read: http://www.bodyandsoul.com.au/sex+relationships/wellbeing/slow+down+and+enjoy+life,18201

A slower-paced life means making time to enjoy it, so take it easy, enjoy your life, because your life will have more quality and what you offer will be better quality.
Slowing down is a conscious choice, and not always an easy one, but it leads to a greater appreciation for life and a greater level of happiness.
Don’t Sabotage Your Health, Take Control!
WOW, AMAZING SHOW !
Watch this and enjoy all the lessons that Celebrity trainer, Jim Karas, and Marilyn Denis present. It’s fun, you will love it.
Let me tell you a little something about it then make sure to watch it all:
Jim Karas teaches us that energy can be sabotaged through what we eat, how we sleep and what we drink, and how we must be careful about how we are exercising and what supplements we are taking. All these can harm you, how? Watch this segment:

Do you exercise a lot? Do you do a lot of cardio? Be careful, because this is not the best result, Let me tell you why…
Karas talks about strength training and how working out your muscle tissue is the best form of workout. Cardio is not the healthiest workout because it eats your muscle and muscle is good for you to be fit.
Excessive cardio (30 to 40, or more, minutes of cardiovascular activity) is bad for joints, diminishes the immune system, hard on the heart muscle, burns muscle and makes you hungrier.
Don’t rely on your scale! Because muscle weights! Lets listen to more details:

Are You Sleeping?
Many of us put off sleep when other things seem more important. However, if you knew how essential sleep is for you, you would think twice about this.
Jeff Iliff explains why sleep is so important. Why? When the brain is awake, it puts of cleaning your brain waste.
To fuel your body, it is essential to supply it with nutrients and oxygen, however in order to do so, we must be asleep. Let me explain… When we are asleep, it is the only time that our brain clears its waste through the CSF (Cerebrospinal fluid: a clear bodily fluid found in the brain and spine). CSF rushes only in the sleeping brain; and when we are awake, nothing is being cleared, but put off until the brain actually ‘sleeps’.
Sleep is the answer to waste clearance, and when we do not sleep, waste such as Amyloid beta is built up, which can contribute to development of brain disease conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and more.
Take 12 minutes of your time and watch Jeff as he describes what seems to be a very important part of our lives.
Find Your Best You!
Are you the type of person that fears being alone? Do you rely on others to make you happy? Do you find yourself relying on your relationships to satisfy you?
If you answered YES to most of these questions, you are missing out on life, and you will regret it when it comes to hit you in the face.
People have a difficult time being independent and it’s only harming them and their future.
Here is some reasons why…
When we depend on others for our sense of self, we never truly know who we are.
This is truly the case in life. If every time you find yourself alone, you call someone to hang out or call someone to talk, with fear of being alone, then you can’t really find yourself.
REMEMBER TO SPEND TIME WITH YOURSELF!
This is the only way you meet yourself and find out who you truly are, what really makes you happy, what your passions are, what you really love.
It is also important to change your thinking in life. How? Test yourself, and see what makes you tick, what brings the worst out of you, what you need to work on to better yourself as a person. Once you have that figured out, you will no longer be bored or needy because you will be constantly working on yourself to be better, and time will only be dedicated to you.
BEING THE BEST *YOU* IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR HAPPINESS!
Taking responsibility is another important aspect of being independent. If you blame others, they are the only ones that can fix it because it is ‘their fault’; however, if you take responsibility then you can only blame yourself, therefore leaving ‘you’ in control because you are the one that can fix it. By taking this matter into your own hands, you do not hold a grudge because in doing so, it only brings you backwards in your quest for happiness and self acceptance. And know to keep in mind to say ‘No’ when something is not benefiting you, do not waste your time and your life doing something that does not benefit you.
Do your own thing. This is what it comes down to. Know that you are your own person! Do not rely on others to do it for you, by doing so, it will only be temporary.WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF, STICK TO IT, NO ONE CAN STOP YOU FROM BEING YOU!

The Brain Does What The Body Tells It To Do!
Exercise is my life… Exercise is my friend… Exercise is my cure…
When I am sad, I exercise…
When I am happy, I exercise…
When I want happiness, I exercise…
Exercising… It is the answer to all my life’s problems.
Why? Let’s take a look at it more deeply.
What triggers happiness in our brain when we exercise?
What triggers happiness in our brain when we exercise? Let’s take a look!
Endorphins are released when we exercise. More precisely,
If you start exercising, your brain recognizes this as a moment of stress. As your heart pressure increases, the brain thinks you are either fighting the enemy or fleeing from it. To protect yourself and your brain from stress, you release a protein called BDNF (Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor). This BDNF has a protective and also reparative element to your memory neurons and acts as a reset switch. That’s why we often feel so at ease and things are clear after exercising and eventually happy.
Moreover, a small amount of exercise is needed to reach a “happy place” in your day, so don’t get discouraged by the thought of needing to exercise for a long time. Exercise can be as little as 20 minutes and you will feel your brain sending your body signals of euphoria.

Do you jut give in? What kind of person are you?
Let me show you what kind of person you can be…
Antidepressants … They say they work… But why not try something natural before going there, may be easier on your body and health. Some may also be wary about medications and avoid them to the point that it harms them so much because they avoid seeking help.
Take this advice… Don’t be scared to ask for help! Seek out those that love you, those you love, and seek more professional help too if you are in that zone for too long.
