Someone very special to me told me there is CAUSE & EFFECT in life. YOU cause what happens, YOU achieve in your life, YOU decide to make a life changing event. What happens to you, it is a reaction from your actions. Almost everything is in YOUR hands, if you Choose to do it.
Let me tell you something, many people out there are getting diagnosed with cancer and many other diseases, but can you prevent them or at least diminish your risks by alot? YES.
Make a difference this year, make the smart choices, the healthy lifestyle choices like working out, eating healthy, staying whole.
Do it in 2015! It`s YOUR year!

Science has gone a long way, but what has just surprised us is how technology intertwines, and so does our Brain!

Here are the Highlights:
Scientists used something called electroencephalography (EEG) to measure difference in brain activity between smartphone users and people using ‘conventional’ cellphones.
The EEG readings looked at the electrical messages sent back and forth between the brain and the hands via nerves.
Smartphone users had bigger EEG brain activity measurements in response to mechanical touch on the thumb, index and middle fingers.
We can come to a strong conclusion with this, as it demonstrates how much brain tissue is devoted to a specific body region and how the brain is sucsceptible and can be shaped by experience.
Dont under estimate your brain, as it has many hidden strengths and skills that we wont begin to understand…
I just recently been exposed to this concept that your foot shape tells everyone about your personality… I was a bit skeptical when I first saw this but after reading a few *feet* it seems to really make sense.
Check it out and tell me that’s not true.
