Are You a Proud of Your Multitasking Skills?
What is one of your greatest skills that you will bring to this company? Interviewer asks.
I have strong Multitasking Skills. Interviewee answers
That’s a bonus for any company right?
WRONG.
Researchers found that people who are regularly bombarded with several streams of electronic information cannot pay attention, recall information or switch from one job to another as well as those who complete one task at a time.
Multitasking kills performance and may damage your brain, science says.
WHY? It reduces efficiency and performance because trying to do two things at once bombards you, and the brain can’t focus on two things fully at once.
More so, it lowers IQ, because your cognitive capacity is being diminished as you are not fully there, causing less brain density in the interior cingulate cortex, which is a region responsible for empathy as well as cognitive and emotional control.
Science shows that Multi-taskers are not good at paying attention, recall information, or quickly switching from one task to another.
And Multitasking causes low self and social awareness, as it it slows you down and diminished your cognitive capacity.
Read/Listen to this and see what you are doing to your brain and your success when multitasking…

Laugh Out Loud!
Laughter….
- Improves short term memory, because stress hormones are diminished with laughter, therefore allowing more time for memory.
- Enhanced group performance, as laughter causes a better group rapport, bringing more productivity, more solutions, as well as more creative and innovative environment.
- New friendships, because sharing personal information and letting our guard down allows us to meet more people and get to appreciate them for the long run
- science has shown an increased pain resistance when laughter is elicited.
Please read/listen to this article and think twice about Laughter every day!

LOVE HAS NO LABELS
While the vast majority of Americans consider themselves unprejudiced, many of us unintentionally make snap judgments about people based on what we see—whether it’s race, age, gender, religion, sexuality, or disability. This may be a significant reason many people in the U.S. report they feel discriminated against. Subconscious prejudice—called “implicit bias”—has profound implications for how we view and interact with others who are different from us. It can hinder a person’s ability to find a job, secure a loan, rent an apartment, or get a fair trial, perpetuating disparities in American society. The Love Has No Labels campaign challenges us to open our eyes to our bias and prejudice and work to stop it in ourselves, our friends, our families, and our colleagues. Rethink your bias at lovehasnolabels.com.
This is absolutely beautiful! Just remember to not be prejudice, judgmental, discriminating… It`s not fair to anyone to feel judged… Live Love Laugh, don`t Discriminate.
Love…. It has no Labels!
