Find Your Passion
This is quite something right? Passion… It’s just beautiful… So what’s the deal with happiness? You know that moment when your talking with someone and their eyes are glowing with FIRE. You envy that!
I know it’s happened to me many times when I speak about my Charity and Humanitarian work… My Eyes Glow! I feel invincible and that I can do Anything!
That’s Passion! That’s Love! That’s Happiness!
What’s yours? What makes you Glow?What makes you Fire Up?

Without a Passion … You can’t be yourself because by Finding your Passion.. You find your Happiness…. and in being Happy .. You are your best YOU!
So Find Yourself and see how Your Life Changes!
I can’t stop talking about Passion because I have a passion for this type of happiness! I really do Love how my passion makes me feel. When I think of My passions.. Dance. Charity. Painting. I want to Fly! So I can’t stress enough… Seek it! Don’t settle without it. It will change your whole life!
When someone tells you… You need to be happy Alone before you can be happy with someone else. You need to love yourself before you can love someone else. THIS IS IT!
HAPPINESS COMES FROM WITHIN… PASSION IS WITHIN… FIND YOURSELF!
LIFE IS SHORT. WHY NOT MAKE THE BEST OF IT.
Be Successful. Don’t Settle.
Are you the kind of person that wakes up at 2pm on Saturday? Or the type that watches TV shows for hours because *you have nothing better to do*?
If so, WAKE UP! It’s not right!
Being productive only makes you happier and healthier so stop this nonsense and laziness. It’s a waste of braincells and of possible productive time.
I am not saying you cannot watch TV shows or sleep in from time to time, I am simply saying, productive you can always be happier and achieve more satisfaction than lazy you.
Be happy. Be productive. Be active.

Look Inside You

This is one beautiful quote that I find mesmerising as it is the full truth. When you focus on the outside and not on yourself.. you will never achieve or become greater as true greatness is those who look within themselves and find ways to better them. You cannot be a better person when your eye is on the world… focus on you and change yourself before you work on the outside.
To be happy you must be happy yourself.. you don’t find happiness by someone else. Don’t be mistaken as some seek out a partner or a friend to determine their happiness but know that you cannot love someone else if you don’t love yourself and same goes for achievements. .. you can’t mask your achievements but living in someone else’s.
So I say to you… Awake! Seek within you on this beautiful day and you shall see what comes of it.

Do It Anyway!
Doing the right thing… I admit can sometimes be very difficult sometimes, and even less beneficial than you would hope.
As human beings, we are selfish, it is normal to be selfish, however doing the right thing must be selfless sometimes and for some it is easier than others.
Are you that person? Can you be selfless and sacrifice for the right purpose, for the right moral? If this is not you, don`t be too hard on yourself, it`s normal.
However, make it your purpose today to live out Wellness in your day and do something selfless. Wake up and go feed someone that has no food to eat, give money to someone that can`t afford to do something on the weekend. Take someone out of their depression for a day and make them smile, shelter a homeless person, Make someone smile with a joke, forgive someone that has wronged you, cheer up someone with a compliment. Just make this day for others around you and think of Infinite ways to make someone`s day better. This does not have to be someone you know or someone that deserves it… Find someone that needs it, a friend, a stranger, an enemy, JUST FIND SOMEONE THAT NEEDS YOU.
BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD, as Ghandi said it… You dont need someone to lead, you make the difference you want!

You of all people know that YOU have control of your own feelings and YOU decide when to be happy, sad or worthless because you are in control of your own emotions.
Have you heard of thus experiment where if you put a smile on your face for 30 seconds you will actually start feeling happy? because you have control to trick your brain into thinking you are Happy…. So why Not?
Be in control of yourself…. Be in control of your emotions. YOU control how you feel when you feel and what to feel. Don’t allow others to put you down. Put yourself up!
Be confident ! Be the best you can be… Become all that you can … why? Because you CAN! So Take Control and don’t allow anyone to bring you down. It is all in You!
You are Beautiful! You are Strong! You are Worthy! Be YOU and don’t let anyone stop you from being the best You!
Remember: It takes hitting rock bottom sometimes to reach the sky. So Embrace it and don’t give up!

This quote always catches my mind. You must always be powerful… Do not stop searching for knowledge because without it… we have nothing. When you have information you feel like you can own your world and live free. Education, last but not least teaches you and helps you how to live. So keep seeking knowledge…. Always know information and keep educating yourself in this world because without these three you are nobody. Be somebody.
