Goals Goals Goals
“Confusion of goals and perfection of means seems, in my opinion, to characterize our age.” – Albert Einstein
It is sad what this world has become.
What are your goals? Do you know then? Do you have any?
You might if you actually took the time to think about it… But no, your too busy making the *big bucks* and probably still not achieving it.
Life is not about the money. Money is evil, money is a distraction, focus on what’s important. Goals.
If you find a goal that can give you drive. follow that road. It leads to happiness, money is only temporary happiness, if any.
So I say to you on this Wednesday morning. Find your Goals and follow them. Find your happiness and stop seeking the perfection of means.
Have a great Wednesday!
Habits of A Productive Life
I woke up today, and reality hit me hard.
Productivity… Can you really achieve it to your full potential?
In this day in age, Heck NO!
Either you wake up to work, to social events with friends, to a bad day, or maybe even wake up in the middle of the day after a long night of partying, followed by a long morning of sleeping in and doing NOTHING.
So yes, Life has quite become useless. Wake up, go to work, come home or go out, then sleep.
Where did you do something to mark a difference in your life? In other people’s lives?
Have you made a difference today? Will you make a difference? Matter is that Probably not.
Why NOT?
Wake up, TURN OFF YOUR SCREENS, yes I mean all of them, Cell phone, TV, laptop, any distraction that is NOT helping you be productive.
I woke up today, went on the news to see if anything is new and stumbled into an article that read my mind, an article that, like anyone else, might just turn on a light bulb for today and maybe the next week, but as humans, it will go away, the cycle will start over and we will move forward.
Sad right? Sucks, Right? Right! And this is the dilemma I fall into.
I know I need a change, do you?
Make it happen for yourself, start a day in the week, for now, to just have YOU TIME, I have that, it’s been great, however I need more now.
Try it, start somewhere, and move forward, become the best you can be.
What is the meaning of life? I ask myself that question daily, and still no answer.
Let’s find our own meaning, because honestly, the whole meaning of life will never be achieved, not in our day of age, maybe not ever.
Listening to music, drinking my glass of wine, I sit here try to write this blog post, and it saddens me. What is the purpose of our days, can you be truly happy? Can you achieve your full potential? Can you become a person who wakes up every morning in full satisfaction with your life progress? I haven’t seen it yet.
So I will leave you thinking on this day. Your way, is it working for you? Are you happy? Are you productive? If not, does it even bother you?
I sit here, and you should already know my answer to all these questions.
I can go on and on about this topic because it’s very important to me, but, I will leave you with this:
Four Important Personal Habits for a More Productive Life
Seriously read the article right above, and learn how to be more productive; if you care, that is.

E.F.T. – A Mind and Body Medicine
Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT (often known as Tapping or EFT Tapping), is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. Even for physical issues, chronic pain, or diagnosed conditions, it is common knowledge that any kind of emotional stress can impede the natural healing potential of the human body.
EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture, except without needles. Imagine this… You get acupuncture, which hits specific pressure points in the body, however, without needles. You can do this on your own, for free. Just check out this YouTube video. EFT can be used for so many diseases, phobias, trauma, pain and general emotional pain. So if you have ran out of options, look into EFT.
Read this article for more details on What is EFT? I can tell you so much but in reality, it’s better to hear it from the founder than from me.
But I will tell you one thing, you might not believe it, but just TRY IT.
EFT’s foundation comes from a common sense blend of Acupuncture and Mind-Body Medicine, both of which have decades of scientific studies supporting them. Their effectiveness has been so profound that prestigious institutions such as Stanford, Harvard and many other universities, clinics and hospitals have chosen to use and/or study them. Just do an internet search for terms such as “Mind Body Research” and “Acupuncture Research” and you will be exposed to the huge warehouse of scientific studies that validate the EFT Tapping underpinnings.
So Scientists are confirming this method, read this article pointing this out at http://innersource.net/ep/images/stories/downloads/Acupoint_Stimulation_Research_Review.pdf
