When coffee beans are roasted, acrylamide forms as a byproduct, it is in the cooking process. This byproduct is what scientists have determined could be cancerous in high doses. Again, coffee consumption is associated with a lower risk of several types of cancer, and not to mention the dose in coffee does not seem to trouble researches.
March 28, 2018, a California judge ruled that Starbucks and other coffee shops will have to include warnings saying it contains a substance that could cause cancer.
It’s also one of the many chemicals in cigarette smoke, though in higher amounts than produced in coffee-making. The amount of acrylamide in coffee shows no evidence of danger.
At least one major review of studies found that the more coffee that people drink, the lower their risk of liver cirrhosis or liver cancer. And a review of more than 200 studies found that people who drank three or four cups of coffee a day were 19% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease. Heavy coffee drinkers have an 18% reduced risk of cancer overall, according to one large study, and some data indicates that coffee drinkers may be less likely to have oral or pharyngeal cancer or advanced prostate cancer.
Bottom line, be aware that this by-product is in your coffee, however the risks are lower than the benefits of coffee.

Should I be drinking wine?
Of course You should!
Resveratrol, a trihydroxy stilbene derivative C14H12O3 that is found in some plants, fruits, seeds, and grape-derived products (such as red wine) and has been linked to a reduced risk of coronary disease and cancer, and may be the wonder ingredient responsible for many of wine’s benefits.
See these fourteen benefits of wine to prove this to you!
1. You live Longer! People living in places in the world with high wine consumption, are living longer, also according to dietary patterns.
Researchers at Harvard Medical School uncovered evidence that resveratrol directly activates a protein that promotes health and longevity in animal models.
- 2. You get Smarter and Resveratrol may help improve short-term memory
- 3. Inhibit breakouts because of the antioxidants in wine, and Resveratrol is able to inhibit the growth of acne-causing bacteria longer than benzoyl peroxide
- 4. Going to the gym is healthy right? It improves heart, brain and bone function. You know what else does that? Resveratrol, which is in wine.
5.Researchers in Spain found that those who drank two to seven glasses of wine per week were less likely to be diagnosed with depression, so Bye Bye Blues!
6. Modest wine consumption, defined as one glass a day, may decrease the prevalence of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Challenging any other alcohol consumption.
7. Promotes Eye health, as Resveratrol stops out-of-control blood vessel growth in the eyes.
8. Wine reduces bacteria on your teeth!
9. Wine cut Cancer Risks:
Red grapes are the fruit best able to suppress the activity of aromatase, the enzyme used by breast tumors to produce their own estrogen – this is called an aromatase inhibitor.
Studies show that moderate consumption of red wine can reduce the risk of colon cancer by 50%.
Harvard Men’s Wealth Watch reports that men who drink an average of four to seven glasses of red wine per week have a 52% less chance of being diagnosed with prostate cancer compared to those who don’t drink wine. Doctors speculate that flavonoids and resveratrol contain potent antioxidants and may counterbalance androgens, the male hormones that stimulate the prostate.
10. Studies show that those who drank wine were less likely to come down with a cold compared to those that drank beer or spirits. Antioxidants help lower inflammation and reduce the symptoms of colds.
11. Wine’s Resveratrol, lower cholesterol.
12. Wine shows benefits of reducing risk of stroke, where beer and hard liquor do not.
13. Regulating Blood Sugars
The amount of polyphenols in a small glass of red wine appears to rival the blood sugar regulating activity of certain diabetes drugs.
14. Those who drink wine moderately have 30% lower risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. This can be due to Resveratrol, as it improves sensitivity to Insulin.
SO, Bottom line: Wine can be a part of a healthy lifestyle, IF CONSUMED MODERATELY!

Does this sound like something you want to put into your body? Sorry for my language, but Hell No!
Sadly, in this day of age, almost all food is processed and that is why people are dying early and living with far more diseases than ever before. There are processed meats among many, such as bacon, sausage, hot dogs, sandwich meat, packaged ham, pepperoni, salami and all red meat used in frozen prepackaged meals. All these have sodium nitrite and monosodium glutamate (MSG) inside them which is a major cause of cancer these days and we don`t even take it seriously.
Ofcourse, it is more expensive and more work to watch what your eating, but it is VERY IMPORTANT! You don`t want to wake up in 10 years saying I wish I focused more on my health! Trust me.
If you dont belive me, see what the experts are saying:
”The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) has just completed a detailed review of more than 7,000 clinical studies covering links between diet and cancer. Its conclusion is rocking the health world with startling bluntness: Processed meats are too dangerous for human consumption. Consumers should stop buying and eating all processed meat products for the rest of their lives.”
I will not repeat everything written in the article because I will be plagiarising every word because I don`t want you to miss out on anything as it is all important and should be taken to the ultimate priority list.

Scientist have discovered that full ripe banana with dark patches produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor). TNF has the ability to combat abnormal cells. In fact, the riper the banana the more TNF it produces, leading to more anti-cancer substance. “Yellow skin banana with dark spots on it is 8x more effective in enhancing the property of white blood cells than green skin version“. This is a lesson for all those who like bananas, and only eat the non-fully ripened ones thinking they are no longer good, or simply for those that stay away from bananas because they simply don’t like them or think they are too fatning. Bananas are a very healthy fruit and now we learn some are anti-cancerous.
However, be careful if you are diabetic, if a banana is over-ripe, it is not good for you because of the high sugar level in it. However a well riped banana is perfectly healthy and better than non-riped banana. Bananas are good to incorporate in your diet if you are diabetic; simply mention is not to eat OVER riped bananas.
