Don’t Compare, Admire to Inspiration!

compare2As humans, we all have that instinct to compare ourselves to others and feel crappy about ourselves. Truth is, each of us is Unique and we should embrace that notion that we are not all the same, and we each hold a Special Compound that is US.

When you look at someone else, envy, compare, wish you were them.,.. stop and think, You are Unique, and with your good and bad qualities, you are an entity, you are your own person.

Admiration is beautiful, jealousy is not. Seeking a Role model is beautiful but bitterness is ugly.

I hope you woke up today, saw the sun, and thought to yourself:

I have been blessed with another day of life and I will appreciate it and grow better and stronger.

What I want from you to be aware of today is that we are all different and though sometimes someone else’s life seems better and healthier than ours, it really may not be. We are humans and we always want others to see what is socially correct and positive. Sometimes that may make you an optimist, other times it is because you want to hide your discontent with life and your lack of purpose and will to change it.

Don’t judge life by what you see, you really don’t know what goes on behind closed doors. So, focus on your inner peace and your outer joy. Be happy with what you have, and strive to trump what you do not have.

You of all people know that YOU have control of your own feelings and YOU decide when to be happy, sad or worthless because you are in control of your own emotions.

Have you heard of thus experiment where if you put a smile on your face for 30 seconds you will actually start feeling happy? because you have control to trick your brain into thinking you are Happy…. So why Not?

Be in control of yourself…. Be in control of your emotions. YOU control how you feel when you feel and what to feel. Don’t allow others to put you down. Put yourself up! 

Be confident ! Be the best you can be… Become all that you can … why? Because you CAN! So Take Control and don’t allow anyone to bring you down. It is all in You!

You are Beautiful! You are Strong! You are Worthy! Be YOU and don’t let anyone stop you from being the best You!

Remember: It takes hitting rock bottom sometimes to reach the sky. So Embrace it and don’t give up!

Find Your Best You!

Are you the type of person that fears being alone? Do you rely on others to make you happy? Do you find yourself relying on your relationships to satisfy you?

If you answered YES to most of these questions, you are missing out on life, and you will regret it when it comes to hit you in the face.

People have a difficult time being independent and it’s only harming them and their future.

Here is some reasons why…

When we depend on others for our sense of self, we never truly know who we are.

This is truly the case in life. If every time you find yourself alone, you call someone to hang out or call someone to talk, with fear of being alone, then you can’t really find yourself.

REMEMBER TO SPEND TIME WITH YOURSELF!

This is the only way you meet yourself and find out who you truly are, what really makes you happy, what your passions are, what you really love.

It is also important to change your thinking in life. How? Test yourself, and see what makes you tick, what brings the worst out of you, what you need to work on to better yourself as a person. Once you have that figured out, you will no longer be bored or needy because you will be constantly working on yourself to be better, and time will only be dedicated to you.

BEING THE BEST *YOU* IS IMPORTANT FOR YOUR HAPPINESS!

Taking responsibility is another important aspect of being independent. If you blame others, they are the only ones that can fix it because it is ‘their fault’; however, if you take responsibility then you can only blame yourself, therefore leaving ‘you’ in control because you are the one that can fix it. By taking this matter into your own hands, you do not hold a grudge because in doing so, it only brings you backwards in your quest for happiness and self acceptance. And know to keep in mind to say ‘No’ when something is not benefiting you, do not waste your time and your life doing something that does not benefit you.

Do your own thing. This is what it comes down to. Know that you are your own person! Do not rely on others to do it for you, by doing so, it will only be temporary.

WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF, STICK TO IT, NO ONE CAN STOP YOU FROM BEING YOU!
