Coffee.... is it good or bad for you?
Of course, this is an ongoing question for many coffee drinkers. A negative answer might not stop many from actually drinking it, so it’s a good thing I have positive news for you.
Coffee is actually healthy, of course as everything else, it has its ups and downs, and over consumption is unhealthy.
It’s good for me? Really?
Well, here goes nothing.

Many organic foods are concerned to be illegitimate or their health effects are not as clear. Well organic milk is the contrary as studies show.
Eating organic milk helps you dodge some of the heart illnesses as it contains more omega 3 & less of the omega 6 which is also used for fried food resulting in more heart disease, diabetes and inflammation.

So moral of the story is: drinking milk is good, but be particular in the type of milk you drink.

I hear it over and over again! Popcorn is healthy… Have you ever heard something that you know makes no sense but you want to believe it because it is convenient for you? Well this is one of them. I go to the movies, someone I am with decides they should get popcorn… Seems they heard popcorn is good for you and a healthy snack. What I’ve heard is it consumes over a thousand calories and quite fattening. What do you do in this dilemma? Well most I can do is argue my way into it but we all know where that lead.
Popcorn is good for you.
So we know that popcorn is in fact not an unhealthy snack when you make it yourself, however, what can you make of it when it is Movie Popcorn? Full of butter, added butter, and saturated fat. I won’t say any more, I will let you discover on your own. But know this. Popcorn is not bad for you, however, don’t expect a healthy snack in the movies, nothing is healthy in the movies, especially the popcorn. Don’t be fooled and don’t be stuck on your ideas.
I have recently been told how good yogurt is for you, because it has the good bacteria, so I have been doing a little more research about yogurt to further understand why yogurt is so good for the body.
So it seems that when using antibiotics, for example, it is very much needed for someone to have yogurt on a daily basis. The reason for this is that antibiotics fight both good and bad bacteria, therefore, seeing as yogurt has good bacteria, it is essential to nutrition your body with good bacteria, “probiotics”.
