Doing the right thing… I admit can sometimes be very difficult sometimes, and even less beneficial than you would hope.
As human beings, we are selfish, it is normal to be selfish, however doing the right thing must be selfless sometimes and for some it is easier than others.
Are you that person? Can you be selfless and sacrifice for the right purpose, for the right moral? If this is not you, don`t be too hard on yourself, it`s normal.
However, make it your purpose today to live out Wellness in your day and do something selfless. Wake up and go feed someone that has no food to eat, give money to someone that can`t afford to do something on the weekend. Take someone out of their depression for a day and make them smile, shelter a homeless person, Make someone smile with a joke, forgive someone that has wronged you, cheer up someone with a compliment. Just make this day for others around you and think of Infinite ways to make someone`s day better. This does not have to be someone you know or someone that deserves it… Find someone that needs it, a friend, a stranger, an enemy, JUST FIND SOMEONE THAT NEEDS YOU.
BE THE CHANGE YOU WISH TO SEE IN THE WORLD, as Ghandi said it… You dont need someone to lead, you make the difference you want!
